I have a wonderful studio which is open to the public during the months June to November on Saturdays and Sundays from 1 pm to 4 pm. I will open by appointment - do call, email or write if you anticipate passing by at another time. Love to have folks visit my studio in person.
On the 3rd weekend each September I participate in our local Studio Tour.
My studio is lit by 14’ of windows looking out into a maple ridge. Needless to say oodles of lights and fans make year round working in my studio a pleasure.
Looking back towards the entrance - shows the large pine beam harvested from our forest by my hubby Tom when he changed two small bedrooms into this gorgeous work space.
The south end has one of my work benches, my favorite thinking chair and oodles of bits for stimulation. The door to the left leads to our perfect screened porch - a wonderful place to have tea and meet new people. This is the painting above my work bench - titled: O Solo Meow - a self portrait - I am rather Rubenesque - love bright colours and do my best work in the middle of the night. Along the hall runs a large set of display boxes containing a few of the current pieces I have for sale. I never have everything on the website - so if you are looking for a specific stone do write and ask.

If there is a specific stone you are looking for write and ask as I have several tons of stone waiting to be sliced and polished at any given time. Seems I mentioned beads were addictive - hate to mention that stones are even more so. I am always looking at rock trying to decide whether they could be an attractive piece of jewelry. We carry many unique rock which are not always available for jewelry.
