I did not know Sodalite could be so beautiful, The gem quality slice actual glows like thick cobalt blue glas when held up the light. I am very drawn to this piece and will have a hard time parting with it. Perhaps I "need" to wear it for a bit and see how it feels, The lovely white opal cab sets off the whole tone of the pendant. In real life it flashespink/minty green & yellows. There is a very hard to see hairline crack down the centre length ways.. and visually it does not even enter into effecting the overall beauty of this piece. In fact I almost called the piece "Cracked but still Gorgeous" but it was too long. The opal 20 x 8 cm. was to gorgeous not to use and it works so well with this slice of Sodalite. Thus I made an executive decision to use it . Like I said I won't be upset if it doesn't sell. The filagree silver beads set off the crackle quartz - which also flash excitedly when worn.

This is a good stone for oversensitive and defensive people, improves courage and endurance. It balances and stills the mind and clears rigid thought patterns. Helps logical and rational thought, and intellect, widens the perspective.
